§ The Platform

One workspace for the whole pursuit.

BidVector does the capture work a small contractor has no one to do: it tells you which bids are worth writing and carries the ones that are through drafting and review to submission. At the center is the gate. It reads the full solicitation package, base RFP and every attachment, and returns a cited, defensible go / no‑go, most runs inside ten minutes.

What a compliance run returns

Four documents, built from the solicitation's own text. Every finding carries the citation it came from, so the verdict is defensible in front of a client, a partner, or your own capture call.

Kill sheet
The verdict, first
Go, no‑go, or conditional, with a confidence score and the fatal gaps quoted from the document itself.
Strategy brief
The recommendation, argued
The definitive recommendation, the compliance fixes that would change it ranked by what moves the verdict, and the strategic Q&A worth sending before the window closes.
FAR risk audit
Clause by clause
The critical FAR and DFARS clauses in the package, what each one demands, where your posture is exposed, and the deduct schedules hiding in the boilerplate.
Requirements matrix
Every "shall," traced
A requirements traceability workbook: every requirement row carries its section, its text, and a meets-or-flagged status. The live Army run traced 577 of them.

From upload to submitted

The verdict is step two, not the finish line. A tracked bid moves through real phases with a paper trail at each gate.

01Upload the package
Base RFP plus attachments, amendments included. OASIS+, RFQs, RFIs, and state solicitations are all handled.
02Phase 1: the compliance read
The kill sheet, strategy brief, FAR audit, and requirements matrix land in your workspace, the same day you upload.
03The go / no‑go
Decide with the receipts in hand. A no‑bid here is a win: the month you did not spend on a doomed pursuit.
04Phase 2: drafting
Draft the proposal volumes against the matrix, with a QA pass over the assembled package.
05Red Teamoptional
An independent red‑team review of the drafted bid, on any tracked pursuit or an uploaded package. It is a choice, not a gate.
06Submit, then log the outcome
A submission checklist gates the "mark as submitted" step; the outcome, win or lose, closes the record.

Proven on a live Army package

Not a demo document. A live base‑operations RFP, read end to end, with two eliminating clauses, the kill shots, flagged before price was ever opened. Even this 288‑page, 93‑attachment package came back in under thirteen minutes.
