§ For Advisors & Programs
Run every client's BD desk, from one workspace.
PTACs, APEX Accelerators, SBDCs, and consulting practices run the same problem at different scales: more clients weighing bids than hours to read solicitations. Every client's profile, pursuits, and compliance sit in one workspace, each counselor's caseload separated from everyone else's, and the day‑long compliance read becomes a step that mostly comes back inside ten minutes.
Seats and caseloads, not shared logins
Your hub gets one shareable team link. Every counselor who follows it claims their own seat; the link is capped, expires, and can be revoked and reminted the moment it leaks, without disturbing anyone who already joined.
Clients are assigned to counselors. A counselor sees exactly their caseload; the program admin sees everything. That boundary is enforced in the product, not by convention, and it holds on every surface: projects, ledgers, audits, uploads.
Onboard a cohort with one code
Reusable join codes bring clients in at mass‑email scale: publish one code to a cohort and everyone who signs up with it lands in your workspace, already routed to the right counselor. Claiming is race‑safe, so a hundred signups in one afternoon never oversubscribe a code.
The hub pays. The client never does.
Sponsorship is the model, not a discount: everything a counselor runs for a client is covered by the hub's pool, free to that client. The payer is fixed when work starts, so nobody discovers a charge later, and a client's first question is about their bid, never about a bill.
A dossier per client, a report per program
Put your program on it.
Tell us how your hub runs, and we'll walk you through seats, sponsorship, and onboarding on a real solicitation from your caseload.
